The Tire Stewardship Manitoba (TSM) Rubber Aggregate Road Building Grant provides up to $20,000 in funding for the use of Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA) for approved projects delivered by Manitoba communities and non-profit organizations. The grant funding awarded, up to $20,000, is to be applied toward the cost of TDA and installation for each approved Rubber Aggregate Road and Geotechnical Project. A scope of work demonstrating a minimum 100 metres of road or geotechnical project equivalent is required. Grant eligibility is subject to one grant per community organization per calendar year.

The Tire Stewardship Manitoba (TSM) Community Enhancement Grant provides funding for the use of recycled tire material in projects delivered by Manitoba communities and non-profit organizations. Grant funding per approved project is 50% of the project cost up to $10,000 provided to communities and non-profit organizations to use and benefit from a wide range of recycled tire products. Grant eligibility is subject to one grant per community organization per calendar year.
Up to $ 10,000 for Rubber Surface Mats, Playground Surface, Rubber Paving, Sports Field Infill and Landscape Rubber.
