TSM End-of-Life Passenger/Light Truck Weight Study (2022) - TSM study confirms the Tire Industry Association (TIA) standard weight of 25 lbs (11.5 kgs) for end-of-life (ELT) passenger and light truck tires (PLT) applies to Manitoba. 3500 PLT tires were weighed and recorded this summer by TSM Summer Research Associate, Kelvin Igwe to confirm the average weight of PLT tires in Manitoba.
